Man Arrested For Trespassing Diddy’s House To Drop Off Demo Tape, Police Say

An aspiring rapper was arrested after he hopped the fence at Diddy’s Beverly Hills home in an attempt to get the music producer to listen to his music.

According to TMZ, 23-year-old Isaiah Smalls showed up at Diddy’s estate on Saturday and started banging on the security gate while asking to be let into the multi-million dollar mansion. He eventually hopped the gate and was quickly detained by the 52 year old’s security guards, police said.

Before jumping the gate, security refused to let Smalls into the home. Instead, the guards called the police and informed them that Smalls had trespassed the property.

When law enforcement arrived, the 23-year-old was arrested for trespassing and was released from custody less than an hour later.

Security cameras outside of the home captured Smalls cursing on video while trying to figure out how to enter the property, TMZ reported.

According to sources, Diddy wasn’t home at the time of the incident.

Last month, the Harlem native revealed that he initially wanted the role as “Bishop” in the classic 1992 film Juice in place of Tupac, Sis2Sis reported.

He disclosed the information during an interview posted to Fat Joe’s Instagram on Jan. 20. Ralph “Uncle Ralph” McDaniels, who was one of the producers of

Juice, said the music mogul wanted Tupac’s role.

“When we shot Juice, Andre Harrell was shooting…whatever it is…Puff was working on that. Puff got fired from that movie, and he said, ‘Ralph, you’re working on Juice. I wanna be Bishop. I saw the script. Bishop, that’s me.'” he said. “I was like, ‘We got somebody to be Bishop already. That’s the only one casted as Tupac.'”

Daniels said Diddy wanted the role of Bishop because the character is Harlem, New York.

“‘Nah, I’m from Harlem, Ralph, just think about it. Think about the script. That’s me.'” he recalled Diddy saying to him. “I was like, ‘It’s gonna be hard, that’s gonna be difficult,'”

Though Diddy didn’t land the role of Bishop, he had two leading roles on the big screen. First, he appeared in Raisin In The Sun (2008) and Get Him To The Greek in 2010.
