Award-winning rapper Lizzo shared a nude photo and video of her twerking on an elliptical via Instagram.
Never one to shy away from showing lots of skin, Lizzo took to the social media platform to post an image of herself, sans clothing, in front of a simple white backdrop.
“Art,” she wrote as its caption on Feb 5.

The photo followed a video clip of herself in the same setting with her vocals in the background. Beneath the clip she wrote,
“If you love me⊠you love all of me. You don’t get to pick and choose. We should be unconditionally loving of one another, starting with being unconditionally loving to ourselves. Take a moment today and think about the conditions we hold so tightly to that keep us from the freedom of true love. Do you really wanna be so tightly wound? Free yourself in love. You deserve it.”
Her vocals echoed that sentiment as she sang, “If you love me, you love all of me or none of me at all.”

The 33-year old Detroit native continued blessing her fans after her posts with a twerk video. She originally posted the short clip in her Instagram stories but then posted it on her Twitter page in response to a question.
“Dead serious question @lizzo, what kind of elliptical do you have?” actress Kat Dennings asked the musician.
“This what you referring to?” she replied. In the video, she was twerking on the exercise machine to Nicki Minaj’s new track “Do We Have A Problem?”

Not only has she been an advocate for body positivity, but she also gave a valuable history lesson on her dance moves. In October of 2021, she conducted a TED Talk explaining its origins.
“Modern-day twerking derived from Black people and Black culture. It has a direct parallel to West African dances like Mapouka,” she said in her talk.
“I twerk to own my power, to reclaim my Blackness, my culture. I twerk for fat, Black women because being fat and Black is a beautiful thing,” she added.
