La La Anthony Steps Out With ‘BMF’ Co-Star Da’Vinchi, Sparks Dating Rumors

La La Anthony sparked dating rumors after being spotted with BMF co-star Da’Vinchi while holding hands at an undisclosed location Saturday night.

Blog site The Neighborhood Talk shared the viral snapshots, and fans praised the 39-year-old for going out and dating again following her pending divorce from Los Angeles Lakers forward Carmelo Anthony.

“As she should.”

“How La La got her groove back!”

“I’m here for it because that man is fine.”

“Nah he is mad fine ok let her have a lil happiness she can’t have fun melo was having fun.”

“She deserves every bit of happiness. After everything she has been through. I hope he treats her like the queen she is.”

Da’Vinchi, born Abraham D. Juste, is a 26-year-old Haitian American from Brooklyn, New York, who started

his career as a spoken word artist and rapper. However, he later became an actor with a recurring role in the ABC hit series Grown-ish while landing roles in CW’s All American and BMF, which is currently airing on Starz.

In November, the 26-year-old appeared on the Tamron Hall Show and opened up about adjusting to his newfound fame, comparing it to a baby crying after being born. “When a child is birthed into this world, the child is crying. I feel like everything is new — the oxygen, touch, smell, the temperature — everything that a child isn’t used to, Da’Vinchi explained. ‘Where I come from, I don’t come from this life. There’s sometimes where I’m screaming and crying — I’m like that kid [that baby] because everything is just so new. I wasn’t bred to deal with this altitude of life.”

He continued, “I think managing everything, you want a personal life and a career as well, you have to find a healthy balance. There’s always going to be more, but you have to set limits for yourself because losing yourself comes from losing your personal life. All the stuff you did to get here, I can’t have my work consume that because your start forming habits based on your career, and those habits, nine times out of 10, are toxic habits.”

Recently, Anthony sat down with Charlamagne Tha God for The Hollywood Reporter’s series Emerging Hollywood, in which the Brooklyn native discussed several topics, including her marriage with Melo.

The veejay turned actress said she has been cultivating her acting career while working on her mental health since her marriage ended. While staying in a marriage after infidelity may be easier for some, Anthony told the radio host that she decided to move on amid the rumors and speculation surrounding her union with Carmelo.

“It was a lot of pressure. When it’s good, it’s good. And when it’s bad, it’s bad. Because when it’s bad, then everybody got something to say about it. Everybody has: “Well, I knew” or “I would have done …” “She should have known …” or this and that,” Anthony explained. “I went into it because this is somebody I loved. I was leading with love. I wasn’t leading with anything else. So it’s like, ‘Well, what you expect? You was with a basketball player,’ or ‘What you thought was gonna happen?'”

She continued, “Actually, I didn’t think that was gonna happen. So, it happened, and it was a learning experience, and it’s just another chapter in my life that I can learn from. But it’s also the chapter that brought me my greatest gift, which was my son. So, it was not something I ever will regret or anything like that. I mean, we did some amazing things together. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work out.”

Since the divorce, Anthony said her relationship with Melo has been “great” as they continue co-parenting their 14’year-old son, Kiyan Carmelo Anthony.

“We want to be a great example to our son. We have open conversations with him. We tell him, “You were made from love.” We’re still a family, and we do things together. We go to his games together. We try to keep it as normal as possible.”

“I don’t want my son to look at his parents like they didn’t get along. He’s looking at us as an example. I don’t want him to have dysfunctional relationships. I want him to be better when it comes to that,” she noted.
