The Harris family drama appeared at the Atlanta Falcons vs. New Orleans Saints game on Sunday, Nov. 26, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Footage from King Harris’ Instagram Live displayed the 19-year-old in a heated discussion with his superstar parents, rapper T.I. and Xscape’s Tiny Harris. A clip posted by LiveBitez showed that the argument seemed to center around King’s upbringing. While his parents state that their son was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and grew up in a gated community, King affirmed that wasn’t the case.
“Silver spoon? I ain’t never ate with that a day in my life.”
According to the 19-year-old, he spent most of his times staying at his grandmother’s house, but T.I. and Tiny denied that claim, saying he only liked going over to his granny’s house because he could “suck a paci” until he turned 12.
“You wanna hide it from the world, I’mma put it out there for them to see,” King said, vigorously arguing against his dad’s suburban kid claims. “You ain’t have me being the mansion. I was outside doing what I wanted to do.”
Tiny said King was with them in the mansion and would cry so much about staying with his grandmother and would “hold [his] breath and throw tantrums” to get his way.
King accused his father of “capping” to buttress his public image.
As the young rapper repeatedly barked “you cappin'” and “I know you” while stepping up to T.I., others present held the adolescent back as Tiny told him to “Shut up.”
“What the f**k wrong with you?” Tiny asked her son.
“What’s wrong with y’all? Why y’all doing this to me? You know I stand up in it,” King yelled.
He got in his mother’s face as she warned him not to play with her or he would get his ass beat.
That didn’t phase the 19-year-old as he continued yelling in her face and asking why she allowed [his dad] to play with him.
Tiny assured him that T.I. was joking, but King wasn’t taking it. The “Whatever You Like” rapper then got a hold of his son and told him he was “embarrassing” himself.
The video showed some struggle, indicating the two were scuffling. King yelled for his dad to get off of him.
T.I.’s face came into camera view as he told King, “Boy, you can’t do nothing with me.”
After the video, King took to his Instagram story to rant.
“I stand on business. Don’t give a f**k who you are,” he wrote in one story post.
“IDGAF, who you are. [Motherf**ker] can’t play with me [in] my face. Not going for [that]. I’m a grown-ass man now.”
“If I’m a mistake, say [that]. Stop making [the] world think [you] [f**k with] me when [you] don’t.”
“N***a be faking [an] image for [the] internet [and] it ain’t me.”
According to a Sis2Sis report, King shared with YouTuber Funny Marco on his show Open Thoughts that he didn’t live with his parents while filming T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle. He lived with his grandmother and only came to his mom and dad’s house when they were filming the show.
