Ye and Kim Kardashian’s divorce is finally done and finished.
According to TMZ, the former couple will divide custody of their four children–North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4 and Psalm, 3, equally– though the “Faded” rapper admitted that Kim had them 80% of the time. Ye and the reality star also forewent spousal support, but Yeezy will pay his ex-wife $200,000 a month in child support and half of their security expenses.
“As for property, the division of assets is in accordance with their prenup,” an anonymous source told TMZ. “And, according to the prenup, both Kim and Kanye waived spousal support.”
Ye also gave Kim the $4.5 million neighboring home he bought last December.
“The home borders Kim’s lot, so she’ll likely just tear it down—as it needs a ton of work—and add to her acreage,” a source said.
The rapper still owns his $60 million Malibu beach house as well as properties in Calabasas, Chicago, Belgium, and Wyoming.
The former couple wed in 2014, after she divorced Kris Humphries. Kim filed for divorce from Ye in February 2021.
