The Kardashian/Jenner clan has remained relatively quiet during Tristan Thompson’s paternity debacle with Maralee Nichols. 

However, on a recent episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, the reality stars have finally addressed Tristan’s infidelity, Maralee’s pregnancy and the paternity suit that followed. Although Khloe Kardashian and Tristan’s tumultuous and embarrassing relationship has been relatively public, the third-oldest Kardashian sister finally drew the line at Maralee’s pregnancy during the segment.

When the drama unfolded, Kim read over Tristan’s court documents. The drama-filled episode revealed the 41-year-old burgeoning attorney’s reaction to the sordid details of the baller’s indiscretion. In the legal paperwork, Tristan divulged that he had been intimate with Maralee on his 30th birthday. Kim was livid after putting together that he left the gala Khloe had thrown for him to dip with his current baby’s mama.

“This whole declaration is in this thing,” the mother of four expressed. “It’s this whole thing that says, ‘I, Tristan Thompson, met this girl in Houston. I slept with her on my 30th birthday.’ So I sent it to him and said, ‘Does Khloé know about this?’ Khloé doesn’t even f*cking know.”

She continued. “This is paperwork that he’s filed that says, ‘The only time I had sexual intercourse with the petitioner was in March 2021 in Houston, Texas. The petitioner claims she is pregnant with my child and that she is due December 3. However, petitioner does not recall when I had sexual intercourse with her. Therefore, I do not know if the claims that I am the father of the child are supported by fact.’ He’s saying that he slept with her! He’s asking for a paternity test and admitting he had sex with her.”

“Khloé threw him his 30th birthday party,” Kim explained. “He went home from the 30th birthday party, went to Houston to play on the road, we can check his schedule, and then slept with this girl.”

The ShadeRoom shared the clip on its Instagram with the caption, “While we watched # TristanThompson’s recent paternity scandal go down in real time, the latest episode of ‘The Kardashians’ gives a look at the moment that

#KimKardashian and her sisters learned of his infidelity, unbeknownst to #KhloeKardashian.”

Tristan took to Instagram to apologize to Khloe after DNA testing determined that he was the father of the former personal trainer’s son in January. 

“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established. I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal, both publicly and privately,” he wrote. “Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions have certainly not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry.”

In April, Khloe spoke candidly about her relationship with Tristan during an ABC News Special interview. The 37-year-old The Kardashians star shared that things weren’t always bad with the NBA player. 

“​​With Tristan, I did feel incredibly safe in the beginning, and I felt really good for a time.”

She then divulged that Maralee wasn’t Tristan’s first time being unfaithful. Khloe opted to have her cheating lover in the delivery room so that their daughter, True, would have a good memory of her father. 

“I remember when he cheated on me right before I gave birth, and I was able to still have him in the delivery room. So yes, it might have looked strange to the outside world, but when my daughter watches my home videos, those videos are going to be as pure and perfect as I was able to make them.”
