The singer wrote in the post’s caption, “That’s not my car in the back.” The singer wore a green minidress with a pink jacket. In the background was a residential area and a parked black Mercedes.

The TikTok post followed the Joyful Noise star announcing her pregnancy during her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live.

“I’m especially glad to be here, though, because there’s some rumors going around,” Palmer said during her monologue. “People have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby. Keke’s pregnant.’ And I want to set the record straight. I am!”

During her speech, she voiced the possible thoughts of those who have watched her act since she was a child.

“Even though some people feel a little weird about me having a baby because I was a child actor,” Palmer said. “I just want to say, I’m 29, I’m grown, I have sex, I own a home, I stormed the capitol on Jan. 6, you know, things adults do.”

The father of her child is her boyfriend, Darius Jackson, and both have expressed excitement about becoming parents to their first child.

On Dec. 4, Palmer made a post on Instagram expressing her gratitude for hosting SNL, said that 2022 took her on a ride, and said she was happy she and her first child got to do it together.

“Thank you, God! Thank you to my amazing parents and family, who continuously support me,: Palmer wrote. “Thank you, @noraradd, for being my spiritual sister as ALWAYS! You feel me, my little Pisces moon.

She continued, “Thank you to my team, who have been constantly reaching and moving mountains to extend the reaches of my gift, and thank you to my other half, watched, for giving me the things that only true unity can bring.”
