Grammy Award-winning rapper and entrepreneur Kanye West has filed a trademark for a Yeezus brand amusement park and more.
According to news reports, West recently filed 17 trademark applications for Yeezus brand products and services, including amusement parks, toys and games, clothing, and retail stores. Kanye’s Mascotte Holdings, Inc. company reportedly made the filing on his behalf.
Trademark attorney JoshGerben revealed the news via his Twitter account earlier in June.
“Kanye West has filed 17 new trademark applications around his YEEZUS name,” Gerben wrote. “The filings indicate an intent to launch YEEZUS-branded amusement parks, NFTs, toys and more. #KanyeWest.”

Although the DONDA rapper has been busy expanding his business ventures, he took some time out of his schedule to blast Adidas for allegedly copying his designs. He initially partnered with the German shoe giant in 2013 and has created uber-popular Yeezy sneaker and slides collections through the deal.
“To Kasper, I’m not standing for this blatant copying no more,” he wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post on June 13, aiming at Adidas CEO Kasper Rørsted. “To all sneaker culture To every ball player, rapper or even if you work at the store. This is for everyone who wants to express themselves but feel they can’t cause they’ll [lose] their contract or be called crazy.”
West shared a photo of Adidas’ new Adilette 22 sandals in the post, which reportedly look similar to the Yeezy slides the company also produces.
“These shoes represent the disrespect that people in power have to the talent. This shoe is a fake Yeezy made by Adidas themselves. I’m not talking to DC about this either. Kasper, come talk to me. Happy Monday.”
The Yeezy Slide was first launched in 2019 and has had a cult following ever since.
In other West-related news, the Chicago native expressed that he was “heartbroken” over his kids spending time with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend, comedian Pete Davidson.
