Veteran actor Miguel Núñez Jr., who famously starred in the hit ’00s comedy film Juwanna Mann, recently shocked the internet after revealing his age.
Núñez Jr. left social media shook after sharing his age on an episode of the Pedis & Mimosas show.
“I’m 63,” he said as everyone on set looked on in utter disbelief.
He continued, boasting about the status of his health, athletic abilities and sexual stamina.
“I can run a thousand miles, play 100 games of basketball, I don’t need Viagra. I got abs 24-7. I haven’t worked out. I eat anything I want, and I never get tired.”
Naturally, the video went viral on the internet and especially left Black Twitter stunned and bewildered.
“IM SORRY JUWANNA MAN IS HOW OLD?!?,” user @blaqueword wrote with a clip of the interview attached.
“I believe him cause actors lie early on about ages. Butttttt. This says otherwise,” user @im_my_own_Joe replied.
“Stop the [cap emoji],” @Matt82113630 responded.
“Alright now mister never get tired,” user @maniii__babiii said.
One user chimed in, saying he never even knew the actor’s actual government name.
“I never knew this Nigga name until I seen this video,” @NonchalantLyfe wrote.
Back in 2019, Núñez Jr. also revealed his age during a guest appearance on The D.L. Hughley Show.
“People hear I’m 60, and they can’t believe it,” he told host, comedian D.L. Hughley.
Although the veteran actor is widely known for depicting a basketball star named Jamal Jeffries in Juwanna Mann, he’s starred in countless other films and TV shows dating back to the ’80s. Other popular roles Núñez Jr. played included Spider in The Return of the Living Dead (1985), Pvt. Marcus Taylor in Tour of Duty (1987-1990) and Biscuit in Life (1999).
The NYC native currently appears on the hit BET drama The Family Business (2018 – present).
