Reality Television star Joseline Hernandez was charged with two more following her viral arrest incident with Big Lex at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida. As a result of her court arraignment on Thursday, August 3, Hernandez reportedly was charged with two felony counts of battery on a law enforcement officer.
Hernandez, 36, was initially arrested on June 12 after a public fight with her fellow reality TV star Big Lex after the boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and John Gotti III, as previously reported by Sis2Sis.
The violent fight was caught on video. The footage showed Hernandez putting Lex into a headlock and striking her repeatedly before being pulled off by two bystanders. After being pulled off, Hernandez continued to punch other people in the vicinity who were unrelated to her fight with Big Lex.
Recently released body cam footage of the brawl showed Hernandez being arrested by Sunrise police officers. She remained combative and cursed at the men. She said, “I don’t want no white man touching me.”
Officers forced her down to the ground as she resisted arrest and handcuffed her. She cursed, “You f***** a** b****es. You gay n****s, you gay b****es. If you kill me, you’re all going to die.”
The officers carried Hernandez out of the FLA Live Arena. She screamed at one of the Black officers removing her from the premises, “Tell your Black mama I said it, you b****! How dare you! How dare you treat me like that in front of these white c******s.”
Hernandez famously starred in Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta and Joseline’s Cabaret with Big Lex.
According to court records obtained from the Broward Clerk of Courts, Hernandez is up against battery charges, trespassing and resisting an officer with violence. As a condition of her pretrial release, she is confined to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties; she’s also not allowed to be in possession of any weapons and must refrain from contact with Big Lex.
