Jonathan Majors Is Innocent Despite New Claims, His Lawyer Say, Provides Proof Ex-Girlfriend Lied About The Initial Beating

Jonathan Majors’ legal team is once again working hard to clear Major of wrongdoing after more alleged abuse victims came forward following his arrest last month.

The alleged women in the new potential case against Majors are cooperating with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Majors, who has been dropped by talent management company Entertainment 360, had a popular U.S. Army recruiting ad pulled and is still dealing with the fallout from his March 25 arrest in connection with an alleged domestic dispute, is denying the rumors.

“Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone. We have provided irrefutable evidence to the District Attorney that the charges are false. We are confident that he will be fully exonerated,” attorney Priya Chaudhry told PEOPLE on April 19.

Majors was charged by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office in March with multiple misdemeanor counts of assault and harassment of his white live-in girlfriend for allegedly “striking her in the face with an open hand, causing significant pain and a laceration behind her ear.”

The Marvel actor was accused of grabbing her hand and neck “causing bruising and significant pain.”

However, the “Creed III” actor’s attorney said that was a lie, pointing to videos of the alleged victim going to the club on the same day she was attacked.

The security footage shows the woman able to use her right hand, which she claims Majors injured.

TMZ also reported that the driver can attest that Majors never touched the victim “in any way at any time, or even raised his voice,” and on the contrary, he saw her “hitting, scratching, and attacking” Majors.

Majors, who was allegedly beaten, asked the driver to pull over to get away from her, which he did, according to TMZ.

Chaudhry claims the alleged victim was lost for words when paramedics arrived, and the alleged victim was coached by police to say the actor grabbed her by the throat, a claim she never made before the officer’s direction, TMZ reported.

Chaudhry wants the DA to “dismiss these false charges against him.”
