Jahuara Jeffries Accuses Trey Songz Of Sexually Assaulting Her In Miami Night Club And Files $20 Million Lawsuit

Jahuara Jeffries has accused Trey Songz of sexually assaulting her in a Miami nightclub in 2018. Jeffries also filed a $20 million lawsuit against the singer, which also named Sean “Diddy” Combs and the E11EVEN lounge.

Jeffries’ originally sued Songz as a Jane Doe for $10 million last January and had settled. She re-filed with her name and a new amount after a judge dismissed the settlement unexpectedly.

The lawsuit contends that Jeffries was sexually assaulted by Songz in a nightclub after a New Year’s Eve party at Combs’ mansion in 2018.

Jeffries’ accused Songz of penetrating her genitals while inside the nightclub E11EVEN.

Diddy was named in the suit for supplying Songz with alcohol at his party before the alleged assault.

According to the lawsuit, Jeffries accompanied Songz to an afterparty at the nightclub with her friends. She stated they rode to the lounge in a car driven by a person from Songz’s security team. They went to the VIP area, where she alleged the singer continued to drink despite already being intoxicated.

Jeffries claimed that as she danced on a couch with her friends, Songz penetrated her from behind. She said she turned her head and caught him removing his hand from beneath her dress.

“Jeffries, who was wearing a dress with a high slit, claims that she felt ‘fingers being inserted into her vagina.’ When she turned around, she allegedly saw an intoxicated Songz ‘pulling his hand away from her bottom.'”

Jeffries also stated that Songz told her to go “eat some chicken wings” so she could sober up.

The lawsuit also claimed that Jeffries was later forcibly removed from Songz’s vehicle after she tried to record him. Jeffries claimed to have recorded Songz because she felt unsafe, but the “Heart Attack” singer became angry and demanded the driver stop the car.

She said that the driver pulled over as the crooner thrust her out of the car. The driver also pulled her out, resulting in her falling to the ground and scraping her legs. Jeffries revealed that Songz then mocked her and threw water in her face.

He previously denied Jeffries’ allegations.

Ariel Mitchell is Jeffries’ lawyer and told The Daily Beast that she decided to reveal her name to show she wasn’t ashamed.

“She doesn’t want to hide behind the Jane Doe,” said Mitchell. “She doesn’t want to be ashamed of what happened to her.”

Trey Songz has also been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Las Vegas, and actress Keke Palmer has also accused the singer of sexually intimidating her in the past. Songz also denied Palmer’s accusations.
