Daytime talk show host Tamron Hall is “shedding tears of joy” after acquiring fantastic news that she had four Daytime Emmy nominations.

Hall took to Instagram on April 26 to share the news with her Tamfam, writing about her journey to this moment.

“I am in shock and shedding tears of joy, so grateful to be nominated for my 4th @DaytimeEmmys for hosting @TamronHallShow! It seems like yesterday my career hit a roadblock that I didn’t see coming,” she wrote in the post’s caption. “The Tamfam said, ‘Bet on yourself.’ Thank you all for the love and support. Thank you to my incredible team, now nominated for a total of 4 Emmys this year!!”

The day before Hall posted about her recent accomplishments, the Emmys released the nominations for each category. Hall was nominated in Daytime Talk Series Host, Hairstyling and Makeup and Promotional Announcement.

The Tamfam rushed to the comments to congratulate the Tamron Hall show host.

She took to Instagram with a video of her dancing with her Tamron Hall show audience, who seemed to be in good spirits over the news.

“The feeling when the team gets recognized,” Hall wrote. “Nominated for Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Host @daytimeemmys! Wouldn’t be here without the #TamFam.”

Hall has garnered many accolades since the Tamron Hall show started in 2019. She won two Daytime Emmy awards in 2020 and 2022. So, it’s no surprise she received four nominations.

The Emmy news appeared a month after Hall announced the Tamron Hall show was renewed for a fifth season.

Things are looking up for the talk show host!

On Tuesday, the Daytime Emmy Awards announced the event was postponed due to the writers’ strike, it was initially set for June. New dates are pending.
