Tessica Brown released a rap track on November 19, which she attempted to have rapper Nicki Minaj collab on but was turned down.
According to TMZ, Brown, of Gorilla Glue fame, is set to release her first single, “Ma Hair,” which includes snippets from the TikTok video that made her go viral along with some other lyrics. Brown and her team reportedly attempted to have rap mogul Nicki Minaj hop on the track after the “Super Bass” artist gave her a shoutout in her song “Fractions.”
In her song, Minaj said, “Head game slicker than little miss Gorilla Glue.”
Brown felt excited about hearing the shoutout and hoped that Minaj would be down to join her on the mic. Unfortunately, Minaj and her team didn’t reach out or respond to Brown’s request.

Brown wrote the song on her own and is featured as the sole artist on the track.
“My hair, it don’t move,” Brown raps in a snippet. “Had a problem, I had to use Gorilla Glue just to solve it / I went from silky to solid / Tried to wash it with everything I could think of.”
Despite Minaj not joining her on the song, Brown is ready to kick start her rap career with her single, “Ma Hair.”
