Rowland released four albums as a solo artist after the Grammy-winning girl group’s disbandment in 2006. However, her most recent project “Talk a Good Game” was released in 2013. Since then, the singer has developed a strong acting career and appeared in several movie roles, including Think Like A Man and a slew of Lifetime Christmas films.
In April, it was announced that Rowland would co-star alongside Power’s Omari Hardwick and Black-ish’s Marsai Martin in the upcoming film Fantasy Football, debuting on Paramount+ later this year, Deadline reported. The film is directed by Anton Cooper, who also served as a director on the former ABC sitcom.
