Grammy Award-winning rapper Future was accused of not wishing his daughter with Instagram influencer Eliza Reign, Reign Wilburn, a happy birthday amid child support lawsuit drama.
Eliza, whose real name is Eliza Seraphin, took to the social media platform on Apr. 22 to criticize Future, whose real name is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn.
“You can hate me, which Idgaf! But to not tell your daughter [a] happy birthday, you [are] a piece of [poop emoji],” she wrote in her stories. “But y’all gone keep praising that [clown emoji] that [doesn’t] do right by 90% of his [kids].”

Although she didn’t explicitly say who her post was about, it was pretty clear that she was referring to Nayvadius, who a court determined to be the father of her little girl. She sued him for child support in 2019, requesting $53,000 a month following reports that he made over $20 million annually. In response, he proposed to pay $1,000 a month and attempted to get Eliza to agree to a gag order which would prevent her from talking about him publicly. However, she rejected his offer, and a judge ordered him to pay her $3,200 a month.
Recently, the “Mask Off” artist has allegedly been trying to get Eliza’s legal team to drop the lawsuit against him.
“[Future] has tried to ask [Eliza] to drop the case but not [sic] showing any effort to do right by Reign,” a source reportedly said, adding that the request took place two months ago.
The source also said that Nayvadius previously reached out to his latest baby mother and set a date to see Reign, but he didn’t show up.
“[Future] has reached out to see her like two months ago, set a date, and never followed up or showed up.”
The unnamed individual additionally alleged that the Atlanta native’s daughter has been “asking for her dad” often and that he “doesn’t want to pay for [her] private school at all.”
Eliza and Nayvadius were involved in a sexual relationship from 2016 until 2018, and their daughter was born on Apr. 19, 2019. So far, Reign has been the musician’s seventh child.
In a recent interview with GQ, he revealed that he wanted more kids but only with his future wife.
“Do you want more children?” Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend, Julia Fox, asked him for the cover story.
“Um, yes,” he replied. “By my wife, if I ever get married. I wanna have kids by my wife, of course. It can be like three cause I never had more than one kid by a girl, so if I had two by her, then it’s like more than I had. So I feel like it’s more special.”
