Drew Sidora and her husband Ralph Pittman have both filed for divorce.

According to TMZ, while Pittman, 47,  filed for divorce on February 27 citing an “irretrievably broken” marriage with “no reasonable hope for reconciliation,” it turns out that Sidora, 37, beat him to the punch by submitting her own petition at 1:10 p.m. the same day, a full hour before Pittman submitted his.

And that’s not all – the couple also listed different dates for their separation, with Sidora claiming February 23 and Pittman stating February 19.

Sidora amended her complaint to claim that she cannot tolerate her husband’s continuous disrespect and mental abuse any longer.

Sidora’s complaint alleges that Pittman repeatedly committed adultery during their marriage, and he even allowed his multiple partners to have direct contact with her to flaunt their relationships with him.

One incident described in the complaint involved a woman xwho sent “sexting” messages directly to Sidora and Pittman, and Pittman asked his wife to attend marriage counseling with him, where he professed his love for her.

She also alleges that he has been emotionally and verbally abusive towards her, causing her significant distress and trauma.

After three months of dating, the Bravo couple got engaged and exchanged vows in August 2014.

In his filing, Pittman shared that he desires joint custody of their two children, a son Machai, 7, and a daughter Aniya, 5. Sidora also has a son, Josiah, 11, from a previous relationship.

This all comes just two weeks after the two celebrated Pittman’s 40th birthday party with a lavish celebration.

Sidora shared a post of the two on Instagram on January 31, writing, ” Your companionship means the world to me & When I look into your eyes, my heart still melts. Thank you for being YOU. Happy 40th Birthday.”
