Dr. Zachary Okhah, the plastic surgeon who allegedly performed the final procedure on the late Ms. Jacky Oh, is adamantly defending his practice despite the swirling controversy surrounding her tragic passing.
While the world speculates on the nature of their connection, the doctor wants everyone to know that his clinic, PH-1 Miami, is a safe and reputable establishment.
In a recent social media post, Dr. Zach addressed his patients, both past and prospective, assuring them of the quality medical care they can expect at his clinic. “To all my past, current, and prospective patients, PH-1 Miami remains devoted to the highest quality medical care. All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards,” he emphasized.
In a more recent video, he further addressed the controversy surrounding his name. “Hey, everyone, it’s Dr. Zach. Yes, my name has been in the tabloid media and understandably sensationalized given the circumstances,” he began. Dr. Zach wanted to “clarify certain facts that have not been reported, and are public knowledge. Please understand that due to patient privacy laws and out of respect for all my patients, there will never be mention of specifics now or in the future of any of my cases,” the doctor continued.
Although Dr. Zach never explicitly mentioned Jacky Oh by name, his statement implicitly aimed to dismiss any doubts or concerns about the safety of his plastic surgery procedures. He believes that his business operates within the confines of ethical medical practices, despite the unfortunate outcome of one patient.

Dr. Zach’s commitment to professionalism is commendable, but many still wonder about the circumstances surrounding Jacky Oh’s untimely death. As we mourn the loss of a vibrant mother and partner, comedian DC Young Fly, Jacky Oh’s grieving partner and father of their three children, offered words of strength during her funeral. “If I didn’t pray a lot, I wouldn’t be able to deal with it, but I’m sitting here strong, chin up, chest out. I’m straight. My kids, we good, ’cause like I said, we led by spirit, not by flesh,” he said, expressing his resilience.
The mystery surrounding Jacky Oh’s death continues to loom large, while Dr. Zach insists on the safety and legitimacy of his practice.
