Former Disney child star Kyle Massey has been charged with a felony after allegedly sending porn to a 13-year-old in 2019. Massey was charged with one count of immoral communication with a minor, according to Variety. The charge was filed in King County, Wash., on June 14.
The That’s So Raven star was sued for sending the teen naughty photos, text messages and videos back in 2019. The civil lawsuit claimed that Massey caused “intentional infliction of emotional distress, harmful matter sent to seduce a minor, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor and annoying or molesting a minor.”
The lawsuit alleged that Massey met the teenager when she was only four-year-old. The teen, who lives in Seattle, claimed that she kept in touch with the actor because of her interest in the entertainment industry. Massey and the teenager’s family allegedly became close, and Massey said the girl could come to Los Angeles to live with him and his girlfriend.

The lawsuit also contended that the Cory in the House actor became friends with the girl on Snapchat and sent her porn. The suit said that Massey sent “sexually explicit text messages, images and videos.” One of the video clips allegedly shows Massey’s penis. The teenager is suing Massey for $1.5 million in damages.
Massey didn’t show up for his arraignment on June 28. His lawyer, Lee A. Hutton, III, claimed that the actor was never properly notified about the hearing and learned of it on social media. He also claimed that the case is revenge for the unsuccessful 2019 lawsuit. Apparently, the teen’s lawyers didn’t go forward with the suit because they believed the actor didn’t have enough money.
