DaniLeigh’s Brother Sues DaBaby For ‘Assault,’ ‘Battery’ Following Bowling Alley Brawl

Danileigh’s brother, Brandon Bills, is suing Dababy following an altercation between the two men earlier this month.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Bills is suing the rapper for “assault, battery, emotional distress, and negligence.” He claims that he walked by Dababy, and the rapper “suddenly attacked” him, leaving him with “severe injury and pain.”

Though Bills didn’t fight back, he reportedly suffered “physical and psychological damage, plus medical bills and sustained disability,” the documents stated.

The 30-year-old musician said that he acted in self-defense. However, the “Rockstar” artist is currently banned from the bowling alley in Topanga, California.

As Sis2Sis previously reported, the brawl between the rapper and Bills occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 9, at the Corbin Bowl in Topanga, California.

Video footage captured the Dababy throwing the first punch before members of his entourage intervened and continued the fight with Bills in-between the bowling lanes. Then, the rapper’s crew started sliding around on the slippery lanes while pounding Bills.

According to a witness who watched the incident unfold, Bills approached the “Masterpiece” rapper to tell him that he didn’t like how he treated his sister when they were a couple. The former duo was in a relationship and split last November following a physical quarrel.

The Charlotte native captured the incident on video, and Danileigh was arrested.

After the bowling alley scuffle went viral, the 27-year-old singer spoke about it in her Instagram stories shared on Twitter.

“Lame as hell!!!! Running up on my brother on some slippery a** floors with 5/6 of ya boys while he’s by himself and not even touching him!!!” Lame and soooo sad.” She continued, “I pray this stops now!! Bc, this is my family! And I got a daughter to raise. Sad,” she wrote.

Employees for the Corbin Bowl had to clean up the bowling alley after the skirmish, leaving them “on his hands and knees for hours scrubbing at the dried-up sugary drink DaBaby apparently threw at Brandon,” TMZ reported.

The establishment allegedly spent $250 on cleaning products to clean up after the fight.
