DaBaby has been dropped from seven music festivals following homophobic comments he made at Rolling Loud Miami 2021.

Tuesday morning, Austin City Limits Music Festival announced that DaBaby had been removed from their event, set to take place in October.

ACL Festival tweeted, “DaBaby will no longer be performing at Austin City Limits Music Festival — lineup update coming soon.”

According to Complex, the iHeartRadio Music Festival was another festival that has announced that DaBaby will no longer be performing.

As previously reported, the rapper, seemingly remorseful, released a statement apologizing for his words and actions under the excuse that he needs time to educate himself.

”I appreciate the many people who came to me with kindness, who reached out to me privately to offer wisdom, education, and resources. That’s what I needed, and it was received,” DaBaby said.

“I want to apologize to the LGBTQ+ community for the hurtful and triggering comments I made. Again, I apologize for my misinformed comments about HIV/AIDS, and I know education on this is important. Love to all. God Bless,” he added.

“My apologies for being me the same way you want the freedom to be you,” he said in a live video.

On Wednesday, the a**hole emcee posted a new video on his IG stories. The video appears to contradict the half-assed apology he posted on Monday. Apparently, he isn’t pressed about losing bags or being labeled a homophobe.  He recorded himself playing Future’s track “My Savages” in the background with the caption that read, “10 whips in a row, who would think we was poor?”

So far, DaBaby has been removed from the following music festivals– Lolapalooza, Day N Vegas, Austin City Limits, iHeartRadio, Midtown Music, Governors Ball, and England’s Parklife Festival. However, the fest later said it wasn’t because of DaBaby’s comments.
