Comedian and 51-year-old Loni Love shared a post on Facebook on September 8 to show off her 37-pound weight transformation over a four-month time frame; she posted a set of before and after pictures of her in similar body structures, pointing out the difference in her weight and motivating others to continue working towards their goals.

Love wrote above the photos, “To date, I’m down 37 lbs ( still a long way to go) .. the top pic filmed April 2022… the bottom pic was filmed Aug 2022.. @mentoringqueens will air. This weekend. Check your local listing. Take your time, make little changes. You can hit your goals.”

The post has over 55,000 likes and almost 10K comments. The comments range from praise and acknowledgment of Love’s transformation to people inspired to share their own journeys towards weight loss.
