Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta alum Tommie Lee, 39, promptly clarified matters on Monday (Aug. 21) after reports of her getting arrested in Miami on drug charges surfaced.
An anonymous source informed The Neighborhood Talk of Lee’s arrest — real name Atasha Jefferson — at Victory Restaurant and Lounge in midtown Miami, adding she got arrested for disorderly conduct and drugs.

According to the case file, the drug charge included cocaine possession with the intent to sell.
After news broke, a chagrined Lee took to Instagram Live to abjure claims of her possessing cocaine.
Lee exclaimed she never had to clear up drug allegations throughout her career and said people may see her having drinks but never inhaling coke.
“I’m around plenty of people who do it, and they’ll tell you, ‘Tommie ain’t doing no coke,'” she said.
She called the cops that arrested her “overzealous” and said one of them knew her from LHHA.
“I don’t carry myself like I’m on reality TV in the public 24/7 of my life,” she clarified. “That’s not what I do.”
The 39-year-old stated that the cop turned on his camera, seemingly excited about arresting Lee and said he handled the situation like a joke.
Lee was fervent about elucidating that she didn’t do coke, adding she wished the drug allegations included a more “designer” drug.
“Coke is not cute, and it’s not something I indulge in at all,” she said.
Another person who has attested to Lee never doing coke is Scotty from Baddies West. She took to Instagram Live a few months ago about the Lee vs. Natalie Nunn fight and affirmed the LHHA star never did coke.
The arrest was harrowing for Lee and led the pertinacious star to film her going through various tests to prove she never did coke.
A rep for Lee came out to address the quagmire, claiming the incident happened after she got into a heated argument with an employee. Police approached her because they were reportedly familiar with Lee and ended up arresting her.
According to the rep, the supposed coke they found on the star was her friend’s “epilepsy medication.”
