Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan spoke on NeNe Leakes shading the RHOA cast for sharing the cost of flowers when her husband, Gregg Leakes, passed away.
While appearing on Tea-G-I-F, Jordan said that Leakes should be happy anyone showed up for her due to the way she treated people.
Leakes was also shady in her response about Cynthia Bailey missing Gregg’s funeral due to being out of town. The former RHOA star went on to say that the women from the reality show were like a dysfunctional family.
“She did come like a week later after everything was done,” Leakes remarked. “She came by my lounge.”
The infamously outspoken Leakes didn’t stop shading the RHOA ladies there. She went on to call them cheap for sharing the cost of flowers.
“The first set of flowers I got was a bouquet from like all the Housewives,” said Leakes. “Like, they went in together. I’m like, ‘Why do y’all need to go in together and buy some damn flowers.’ Like, you know? All of y’all work! You don’t need to do, ‘Let’s go in together and buy $200 worth of flowers!’ Like, you can swing your own $200. That’s the way I’ve always been.”
Jordan, who had previously read Leakes like the book of Mormon during her one season on the RHOA, thought Leakes was being shady as hell and said so on Fox Soul’s Tea-G-I-F. Jordan said that despite her and NeNe being on bad terms, she still sent condolences because Gregg was a class act.
“It’s no secret that her and I are not cool, we’re not friends, we’re nothing, you know? We’re nothing,” Jordan said. “But out of respect for Gregg, I did send condolences. And I never made it public, I didn’t put it out there or post something or tell the world.”
“But I did feel triggered when I heard about this story. I’m like, hold up, no one owes you anything! We didn’t have to spend one dollar. It has nothing to do with you; it has to do with your husband and paying respect to the man that we all got to know and love, who was so supportive and kind. Even when you were beefing with his wife, he was still a class act.”

Jordan wasn’t finished there. She also questioned if Leakes Googled the cost of flowers.
“But like, it’s just such a tacky thing to… Did you Google how much the flowers cost? Like, don’t…The things you have said about other people – you are lucky that anyone even showed up for you, actually. And the fact that people rallied around you I thought was a beautiful moment, so let’s not ruin it. Let’s just build on that moment and move forward.”
Leakes wasn’t pleased with Jordan’s opinion and sounded off without using Jordan’s name. In a video posted on Oct. 28, Leakes called Jordan her stalker and said she was full of negativity. She also asked to be left alone.
Jordan conceded that she and Leakes had some good times together off the show despite the ladies’ bad blood.
“As much as we beefed on the show, we had some cool moments off, and I think she’s hilarious! I think NeNe is one of the most entertaining reality stars that has ever been on television. And that’s facts!” she said. “And the fact that she’s not on television says a lot, because I think she deserves to be on television.”
Leakes did not get that memo.
