Ciara and Russell Wilson were spotted leaving a Super Bowl party in Los Angeles, Calif. when Future showed up to perform.
The couple was at Drake’s party at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Saturday, Feb. 12, when the Atlanta rapper headed towards the stage. As Drizzy’s surprise guest took the stage, Ciara and Russell reportedly exited the star-studded Super Bowl event. TMZ caught footage of them walking to their vehicle during the show.
“I had to ask a favor from my favorite person to ever share the stage with me, I promise you…” Drake was heard saying in the background as he introduced Future. “This [is] really my brother right here,” shortly after, “F**k Up Some Commas” came on.
“This [is] a good crowd…where LA at…?” Future asked before a roar from the crowd ensued. “Middle fingers up for the West Coast right now. Let’s turn this s**t up!” he exclaimed.
Ciara and the “Life Is Good” musician broke up in August 2014 after two years of dating. They were initially engaged but called it off after Future allegedly cheated. The pair had a son, 7-year-old Future Zahir Wilburn, that same year.
“I’d have moments when I would be in the shower, I’d be crying…crying because I’m not in the happiest place, and it hurts what I’m going through,” Ciara revealed about her breakup on an episode of the hit Facebook series, Red Table Talk.
In 2015, the singer began dating Russell after they met at an NBC wrap party. The following year, in 2016, they tied the knot and later had two children, Sienna, 4, and Win, 1. In an interview with Angie Martinez, she said she received exactly what she prayed for.
“I prayed for a God-fearing man. I prayed for discernment. I prayed for wisdom, to really learn from the wisdom that I’m gaining from the experience that I’m going through,” she gushed. “I prayed for a man that loved kids because, obviously me having my son, if you’re gonna love me, you’ve gotta love him. I prayed for a man that was worldly as well. Because I love to explore. So, someone that was gonna edify my world, that was important to me. I was ready to level up!”
Meanwhile, Ciara sued Future for $15 million in February 2016 after he called her “a controlling b***h” for allegedly making him go through lawyers so see their son. The suit indicated that she went out of her way for the rapper to see their child, and that he had at least 19 visitations since December 2014. Future responded with a countersuit, which he eventually dropped, after getting joint custody of Future Zahir. In 2017, Ciara also reportedly dropped her suit against him.
Lately, he has been promoting the video for his single “Worst Day” starring popular YouTube personality, Kevin Samuels.

Ciara, on the other hand, has been busy with her family. They recently attended the 2022 Bart Starr Award ceremony at the Super Bowl Breakfast, where Russell Wilson won and accepted an award.
