Rapper Cardi B revealed how she told her husband, hip-hop artist Offset, that she was pregnant with the couple’s second child. The pregnant rapper made the revelation during an interview with the radio app Stationhead.

The Grammy-winning rapper became suspicious that she was pregnant after noticing her mouth began to get “watery.” Her pregnancy symptoms began approximately two weeks before rehearsals began for the Grammy Awards. Cardi B also said that she was carsick and having headaches.

After she realized she might be pregnant, she told Offset.

“I think I’m pregnant, bro!” she said.

The two took a pregnancy test, and when the results came back positive, the rapper said that she and her husband began to laugh.

The twenty-eight-year-old also said that she is excited about the couple’s second child. The couple also has a three-year-old daughter, Kulture. Offset also has an 11-year-old boy named Jordan, a six-year-old son named Kody and a six-year-old daughter named Kalea, 6 from previous relationships.

The couple married in 2017 and nearly ended the marriage in 2020 after Cardi B filed

for a divorce due to Offset’s rumored infidelity. However, the couple later reunited.

The rapper also said that she took time off from social media to have a more positive pregnancy. She remembers her last pregnancy as being stressful due to publicity and being alone while Offset was on tour.

“This pregnancy I didn’t want to remember bad things like how I remember Kulture’s pregnancy and when I give birth I don’t wanna remember bad things,” she said. “So, I just took a break and got close to my family and had fun and just enjoyed myself.”

Cardi B revealed she was pregnant to the world during the 2021 BET Awards. She wore an embroidered bodysuit from Dolce & Gabbana with her belly showing through a sheer cloth.
