Cardi B, known as Belcalis Almanzar, is being harassed on Twitter by an online stalker. The rapper announced the harassment on her Twitter page on Dec. 30.
The tweets have since been deleted, but the Jasmine Brand caught screenshots of the harassment and Cardi B’s responses.
The Twitter user and Almanzar had argued before the troll called her an illiterate b***h. Cardi B said that the stalker also shared pictures of his genitals online. The online stalker also allegedly made up a fake Instagram account and impersonated Almanzar’s father.
The 29-year-old noted that she would be meeting with Twitter officials to discuss the targeted harassment from the troll, who uses the Twitter handle @honest_papi. Cardi B gathered more than 50 tweets that captured the harassment.
“Too late,” wrote Almanzar. “I already gathered about 52 tweets wit my name, including almost every day he quote my tweets, that fake IG he made of my dad using my father’s FB pictures and also his small [shrimp emoji] he posted on twitter while having minors follow him.”
Cardi B and the stalker had a bitter exchange on Twitter with the “WAP” rapper calling out the troll for quoting her every day and being obsessed with her. The troll, in turn, accused Cardi B of being the stalker and blocked her.
He also denied that he masqueraded as her father on Facebook and denied having an account on the platform. Fans also noted that the troll was seemingly obsessed with Almanzar and said he needed a therapist.
Hopefully, Twitter will take action to stop the harassment.
