Quentin Oliver Lee, a talented Broadway performer, has died at just 34 years old after battling stage 4 colon cancer. His wife, Angie Lee, shared the sad news on December 1 on Quentin’s Instagram page, along with several heartfelt pictures of their family.
“Quentin passed in the wee hours of the morning. It was the most beautiful moment of my life. I saw his last breaths, held his hand tight, and felt his heartbeat slowly drift away. He had a smile on his face and was surrounded by those he loved. It was peaceful and perfect.” Angie wrote in the caption of the post. She continued to praise Quentin for his beautiful personality and faith.
“He was an incredible man, husband, father, son, brother, friend, singer, actor, and disciple of Christ with great faith in his Father in Heaven. To say ‘he will be dearly missed’ doesn’t reflect the scope of the people and communities he has created and touched,” Angie finished the post by asking for space and privacy following their loss. He’s survived by his wife and his daughter, Samantha.

Quentin Lee’s colon cancer diagnosis was made public back on June 5 of this year, just following the conclusion of his work on the well-received “Caroline or Change” and “Oratorio for Living Things” musicals, one of which was Tony-nominated, while the other is an off-broadway Lortel winner.
