According to ABC News, Boosie Badazz stood before Judge Francis Devaney in a San Diego courtroom Wednesday morning for a gun charge he obtained in early May.

He was apprehended at 4700 Market Street in the Chollas View neighborhood. A few miles from where officers stopped him was the venue he was scheduled to perform, the Phantom Lounge.
Some outlets like The Advocate and NOLA reported that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) arrested him outside the courtroom.
The ATF aims to combat violent crimes and anything associated with them, from alcohol and tobacco diversion to firearms and arson.
