Blac Chyna’s Mother Threatens Judge During Kardashian Trial, Report Says

Blac Chyna’s trial against the Kardashian family has officially started, and things have gotten intense regarding the socialite’s mother, Tokyo Toni.

According to TMZ, Toni was frustrated by what the judge had to say and allegedly threatened him during the trial.

On Tuesday, the 50-year-old took to Instagram and called out the judge while live-streaming outside the courthouse. She was captured saying, “I’m gonna get that judge,” in reaction to the judge dismissing her from the courtroom earlier in the day.

Toni could face legal consequences for her threat against a member of law enforcement. According to California law, a person who threatens the life of an official or judge under PC 76 is considered a wobbler offense — meaning it can be classified as a misdemeanor or felony offense.

If convicted, that person can be charged with a misdemeanor and face one year in County jail.

While this isn’t the first time Toni has publicly criticized the nature of the civil lawsuit, she discussed it further in a video posted on her Instagram page on Monday. She allegedly attacked the Kardashians for their appearance on the first day of jury selection.

She ranted about members of the Kardashian/Jenner appearance while hurling several profanities and laughing hysterically. She claimed the family “looked dead” and compared the family matriarch Kris Jenner to Jigsaw from the horror series Saw.

The following day, the judge informed Toni that she was not allowed back in the courtroom after her initial video was addressed during Tuesday’s trial.

According to Buzzfeed, Chyna filed the lawsuit in 2017, claiming the family was a contributing factor after she and ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian’s E! reality show, Rob & Chyna, was canceled.

Earlier this month, she tweeted a written statement to her account on April 2, saying that her primary focus was the upcoming trial.

“I plan to re-focus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, and Kylie,” she wrote.

Michael Rhodes, the Kardashian’s attorney, plans to cross-examine Chyna on Thursday.
