According to Radar Online, Sandra Denton, otherwise known as Pepa from the rap trio Salt-N-Pepa, has a lien against her for $676,675. The lien was filed by a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. David Sayah.
Denton is currently suing Dr. Sayah for negligence after he botched the plastic surgeries he performed on her in 2020. Denton had the plastic surgeon fix her derrière and hips following a car accident in July 2018.
In the lawsuit, Denton stated that she wanted Dr. Sayah to remove her implants because they had shifted since the accident and caused her pain.

Dr. Sayah apparently filed the lien for the unpaid surgery bill to ensure he received payment for his butchery. Pending the status of another suit she filed against Uber for the 2018 car accident, the doctor could be compensated.
As for Denton, she is still performing with Salt-N-Pepa and is scheduled to perform at a Homecoming Concert at Albany State University this October. Denton and the hip hop group that also included Cheryl James (Salt) and Deidra Roper (Spinderella) shot to fame in the 1980s with their hit single, “Push It.” The ladies were the first female rap group to have an album go gold and platinum.
Salt-N-Pepa will join Comedian MC Lightfoot, Lenny Williams, and the legendary Charlie Wilson on Oct. 8 to perform at Alabama State.
