August Alsina spilled interesting tea on the details of his sex life through an impromptu Q&A session with fans on Twitter following his recent release, “Shake the World.”

After a Twitter user flirtatiously wrote Alsina, “when we shaking my bed,” referencing “Shake the World,” Alsina’s response took a walk on the weird side.

“I ain’t having sex, I gotta keep harnessing my energy and life force to continue summoning energy for all the spells that’s been casted.”

“I heard it’s some s**t that’s bound to go down when you got a billion dollars on the elevator. Well, of course, some shit was bound to go down when you tangled up with the world’s favorite,” Alsina sings

in his newest song, “Shake the World,” which has fans speculating that the singer was referring to his “entanglement” with Jada Pinkett-Smith.

Other artists like Kevin Gates have reportedly opened up about their reasonings behind choosing sexual abstinence, their reasonings mainly centered around health benefits.

While Alsina told XXL that his tweets were “truth,” it hasn’t been confirmed whether or not the rapper was joking with his fans.

Recently, Alsina posted on Instagram a DM a sent saying, “What would be the need to write a book about my supposed ‘sex life’ with ANYBODY, EVER, in life ?…when they’ve written several fantasies, hypotheticals & fictions based about me on [wattpad]. If you’re looking for that kind of entertainment, go read those! Read the book called ‘HOLY BIBLE” while you’re at it too, for whomever created and believed these lies.” Yet, he released this track.

The “entanglement” fans assume Alsina is singing about goes back to the 2020 interview Alsina did with radio personality Angela Yee where he said Will Smith approved of his involvement with Pinkett Smith. And after that interview, Pinkett Smith confessed to her husband that she was in an entanglement with Alsina.

Ironically, in the aftermath of the Will Smith and Chris Rock’s Oscars fiasco, “Shake the World” dropped. Alsina still appears to be cashing in on his entanglement with Jada Pinkett Smith.
