On May 24, Lela Rochon shared on her Instagram pictures of her daughter, Asia Rochon Fuqua in a red dress that she wore to prom which Lela had previously worn on the red carpet.
The actress was able to cultivate a unique experience for her daughter by handing her down a one-of-a-kind dress that was vintage, chic and classic all at the same damn time.

Lela posted one photo of her daughter in the dress and another side by side of herself rocking the look in the ’90s and next to her, Asia modeling the 2021 look.
Lela also took to socials and shared a couple of photos of her and her husband, Antoine Fuqua, posing proudly with their daughter. In the photo caption, she said, “Yes, I saved the dress❤️… wasn’t sure why but now I know.”
Young Asia is set to attend the University of Southern California in the fall, and her parents could not be more proud of her.
The proud mama bear captioned her daughter’s photos with, “Congratulations @asiafuqua #USC we’re so proud of you! All your hard work has paid off. Keep living your dreams, my baby! We love you❤️.”
