Folks on the internet had questions about TV personality Ray J possibly being responsible for starting the East Coast vs. West Coast beef between Tupac and Biggie in a viral social media thread.
In a recent interview, Ray J spoke in detail about his life growing up around Hip Hop legends and being Snoop Dogg’s cousin, including a time he walked in on Faith Evans, who was dating Biggie, sitting on Tupac’s lap.
“25 years ago today, Tupac drops Hit Em Up,” Launch Magazine wrote on Twitter about the track Pac released where he implied he and Faith had sexual relations.
“Faith says nothing happened. Snoop’s cousin is running around Death Row. He’s only 15. He says he saw Faith sitting on Tupac’s lap in the studio. Wait a minute, ain’t that…,” finished the tweet, attaching a photo of a young Brandy and Ray J.

Although Faith denied the allegations, Ray J seemingly confirmed the rumors of Pac and Faith’s intimate relationship in a previous interview with Rhapsody.
He recounted what happened back in the day, saying, “We walked in one day, and Faith was sitting on Pac’s lap while Pac was writing a verse. It was like, ‘What the f**k is going on?”
“That was one of the craziest sights, dog. Faith was in Pac’s lap. I was like, ‘What the f**k? I know I’m not? Is that? It can’t?’ Three weeks later, ‘Hit Em Up’ came out,” he added.
The “One Wish” singer even described his last encounter with Biggie before the artist was killed.
“I was with B.I.G. two days before he died,” he explained. “I smoked two or three blunts with B.I.G. We watched a Lil Kim video,” he said,
“He talked to me about some real sh**. He was gonna get on the remix for ‘Everything That You Want’ off my album, and then two days later, he was dead,” he added.
In response, social media has been raging with conspiracy theories on the hot topic.
One user said, “Bruh… Ray J May not have started the Pac/B.I.G beef, but he brought the kerosene.”

So you’re telling me. If Ray J didn’t exist, Tupac, biggie would still be alive and Kardashian clan would be no more?
