Real Housewives of Atlanta alum turned on-air radio personality Porsha Williams reportedly questioned Tamron Hall’s journalistic ability during an appearance on The Breakfast Club with Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy. Users on social media quickly reminded the 41-year-old reality star that she didn’t have the range.
On Monday, Porsha lambasted Tamron’s line of questioning during her interview with former Breakfast Club hostess Angela Yee. The journalist, specifically, asked Yee about her time on the popular morning show. The 47-year-old media personality shared that she was the “lone woman” during her tenure.
“I was the only woman who worked there, too– when it came to producers, camera people, and it wasn’t an easy room for me to be in,” Angela said. “So I feel like I did need more backup. Because even things I felt as a woman, somebody can’t understand your point of view because they’re not where you come from, and so that was hard for me too, to be the only woman there with nobody to check somebody, you shouldn’t have said that.”
Porsha opined that Tamron didn’t elaborate on her questions to Yee, given the dissension from her former coworker, DJ Envy. The Breakfast Club host agreed with the RHOA star.
“Instead of talking to Tamron, she would have been able to expound on that. But when you have someone like a Tamron talking to you, and she’s giving you accolades, and she’s raising you up to do nothing but set you up to say something that’s gonna be catchy. And she can look like a journalist, then that’s where you find Angela in this place trending for the wrong thing.”

The reality star was apparently still in her feelings about her interview with Tamron, calling it a mess. Porsha appeared on the show to promote her book “The Pursuit of Porsha” in November 2021 and told Charlamagne and Envy that she felt attacked during the segment.
“It turned from just her asking questions about the book to her kinda almost attacking me, almost attacking me like I had to justify anything that I had going on,” she said. “It just didn’t feel good.”
In 2017, Porsha audaciously referred to herself as a “journalist” because of her past job at Dish Nation.

Black Twitter gave the former reality star a righteous dragging for having the nerve to attempt to diminish Tamron’s pedigree.
Imagine a broad who thought the Underground Railroad was an ACTUAL railroad trying to. determine who an actual journalist is. She really thought she ate at DishNetwork… Girl, gone be a trophy wife and shut up. pic.twitter.com/XKwTQvNwg9

Tamron was a lot nicer and gracious than this bimbo deserved. It’s some real clown sh*t for her to go on THIS show and talk down about a successful Black woman journalist.

This is funnneeeee. 3 B list, possibly C list journalists arguing about an A list journalist about not kissing their behinds, & taking a professional journalistic approach to conversations. Whew.

This was childish and Trumpish…. Attack the journalist b/c she asked questions? Very low brow. I still don’t know what Tamrom did🤷🏾♀️
I think they’re trynna give her the “aggressive” label.
I’ve lost respect for them.— ToxicK is Toxic (@ToxicKisToxic) March 7, 2023
If Barbara Walters was asking them the questions, it would have been hard-hitting journalism, but because it Tamron, it’s mess. I hate people. 😒

She not “looking” like a journalist she IS an award-winning journalist. One of the best in the business.
