Rapper Busta Rhymes threw water on a disrespectful fan at an airport after she grabbed his butt.
A video posted to Twitter on Tuesday showed the “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See” rapper walking through an airport in Las Vegas with an entourage. Seconds later, a woman, later identified as Nikita Mathis by The Shade Room, walked behind the rapper and visibly reached down to grab his butt.
Busta was not feeling that 😭😭😭 had to throw the drink on her.. I don’t blame him pic.twitter.com/CgX4fI3PNT

Busta turned around and threw his water at Mathis, who told The Shade Room that she accidentally touched him in that area despite video showing her purposely reaching down.
“I didn’t mean to touch his behind,” she said. “Honestly, I was just happy to meet him and wanted a pic, been a long-time fan. I admit I shouldn’t have touch him at all but he’s Busta. I felt like I could possibly get a pic…”

Busta hasn’t publicly spoken about the incident, but Twitter had much to say.
One user disagreed with Busta’s actions, claiming he was disrespecting a Black woman as if skin color had something to do with getting mad at sexual assault.
I understand but he didn’t have to throw a drinker on her. She is just a fan that went too far but he should be use to it after all these yrs. Disrespecting a blk woman not cool.

Another user found Busta’s reaction hilarious and saw it as a lesson never to touch people.

A lot of women feel like they have free range to grope and touch people simply because they’re women. Along with the fact that society has created this narrative that any sexual attention towards a man is welcomed and it’s not. Men get uncomfortable just like we do !

Was throwing a drink necessary?

This isn’t the first time Busta had to teach a woman to keep her hands to herself. In August, a white woman attempted to touch Busta at a concert while he was performing “Touch It,” and he had to tell the woman’s boyfriend to “tame” her.
