Supermodel Tyra Banks has sold her home in the Pacific Palisades for $7.85 million. According to the Los Angeles Times, Banks received the total asking price for the 6,160 square-foot-mansion mansion.
The Pacific Palisades home was built in 2014 and had five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an infinity swimming pool and a rooftop deck with a 360-degree view of the ocean and coastline. Several bedrooms also have balconies, and the master bathroom also has a terrace.
The master bathroom also features a standing shower, a separate bathtub and a vanity with dual sinks.
The mansion is located between Will Rogers State Historic Park and Temescal Canyon Park. It includes chandeliers in common spaces, a kitchen breakfast booth, wood floors, a living room with a brick accent wall, a movie room with a 120-inch screen, and an indoor-outdoor gym and office.
The infinity-edge swimming pool includes a limestone cascading waterfall backdrop, and the rooftop contains an outdoor kitchen with a modern-sleek BBQ pit and an outdoor spa.
Banks bought the home in 2018 after flipping four homes previously. She also flipped a smaller house in the area, which sold for $3.47 million.

The listing for the Pacific Palisades home was held by Sotheby’s International Realty Beverly Hills and Rodeo Realty. The three-story, mainly white home was also featured in Architectural Digest as perfect for a buyer looking for a clean, minimal space or blank canvas.
“The striking 6,160 square foot modern structure is almost entirely white both inside and out, though built in wood cabinetry, window trim, stairs and wide plank hardwood floors bring natural tones into the space, too. It would be a great choice for a buyer who wants a clean, minimal space, or someone looking for a blank canvas to decorate.”
Banks reportedly found a buyer of the modern mansion within two weeks of listing the property and made $900,000 flipping the home. The America’s Next Top Model star from Inglewood began her career as a model before becoming an actress, talk show host, writer and producer.
