Artist Chance the Rapper and wife Kristen have purchased a $2.3 million family mansion in the northern Chicago suburb of Bannockburn.
According to the Chicago Tribune, in the past, Chance has allocated part of his earnings to real estate; in 2018, he paid $3.7 million for a three-bedroom, 4,500-square-foot condo located in Streeterville.
Chance and Kristen previously had been renting a five-bedroom, 6,721-square-foot mansion modeled in a French Provincial-style and located in Bannockburn before deciding to purchase an entirely different estate in the same neighborhood.
The young couple purchased the house on September 14, 2021, and it is situated a couple of blocks away from the rental home.

“Having a great location, the acreage, the pool, and the walkout basement are all huge pluses. It has just beautiful grounds,” he added.
