Big Lex, a reality television star Joseline Hernandez attacked, was dropped by her lawyer on her ongoing assault case. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, attorney Brian Andino sent a request to the courts to withdraw as Big Lex’s representation due to what he called “irreconcilable differences.”
The October 20 report stated that the request hadn’t been accepted yet. Still, Andino asked that legal correspondence and any relevant pleadings should be sent to her personal address given to the police instead of him.
As previously reported, Big Lex was being represented after being beaten by Hernandez while backstage at a Floyd Mayweather versus John Gotti III boxing match. The violent brawl was caught on camera, and the two women, who starred on Hernandez’s Zeus television reality show titled Joseline’s Cabaret, were only broken up by security getting involved. The June 11 incident ended with Hernandez being arrested on four charges of trespassing and battery. After continuing to attempt to fight Big Lez after security arrived on the scene, she was hit with more serious charges of “resisting officers with violence, felony battery on law enforcement officer, misdemeanor battery, misdemeanor battery/touch or strike/cause bodily harm and a misdemeanor trespass charge.”
Despite the charges against her and Big Lex’s story, Hernandez claims she wasn’t wrong. While sitting for an interview with The Breakfast Club, she alleged, “I can’t really speak too much on that but what I can say is that I’m always gonna protect myself.”
She suggested that the video clips of the fight were misleading and that she only wanted to make sure she herself wasn’t harmed.
“If you see me out here in the streets and, you know, I’m just making sure that I’m straight and no one hurts me. The media only shows you one thing, it looks like a whole lot of chaos but you might not know what happened prior to that chaos.”
